Handbag Essentials for long distance traveling!

One leather cross body handbag is all I am taking.
Essentials in your bag besides your passport and travel documents:
Sunglasses
Compact Fold up brush
Travel pillow
Motion sickness tabs
Clorets
Small make up bag with essentials
Wet wipes
Tissues
Cell phone uploaded with awesome music & earphones.

Make up and cosmetics bag essentials...

Cosmetic tips: decanter all your favourite & essential items into small containers (these containers only cost about R3.00 - R6.00 each), you don't have to go without any. I even take my serums, masks, scrubs, etc. I ask for samples of my favourite perfume, take at least two, get sample toothpaste tubes and any small travel size of all your other favorites. Only take a compact combo with blusher & eye shadow, three brushes, base and a few earbuds and cotton wool. Plasters are always handy!

Traveling in style & comfort...

I will be flying in my boots, jeans, grey vest, printed long sleeve T, scarf and have my puffed winter jacket as hand luggage. This is an easy, comfy & colourful outfit to fly in.

Packing List for a three week holiday...

This is everything I packed for just over three weeks of holiday. I need clothing for temperatures that range from -5 to 32 degrees Celsius over this period. So layering is essential!

We start off in New York City (USA), Toronto (Canada), Florida (USA) & Washington DC. What is making this easy is the fact that we will be staying with friends half way through this trip so I can wash and recycle all of these outfits.

3 x Pairs of Pants, 4 x fun vests, 3 x long sleeve T's, 4 x long sleeve knits, 4 x shirts, 1 x cardigan, 1 x denim jacket, 1 x winter puffed jacket, 2 x beanies, 6 x scarves, 3 x long sleeve vests, 9 x pairs knee high socks, underwear, 4 x summer dresses, 1 x bikini, 3 x pairs of shoes (including boots) & a silver chunky chain.

All of this fits into a small suitcase and weighs 11kg with my cosmetics.

This is so true, YOU must believe that YOU are truly BEAUTIFUL! Because YOU are!

Illusion dressing...fuller tummy.

Worried about your tummy or feeling bloated? Try this...

A blouse-on dress with soft elastic, combined with great detail at the neck to draw the eye upward and the pop of colour in her choice of handbag to once again draw the attention away from the problem area.

Nothing beats a swing dress, but here balance is important, right length and neckline...killer shoes optional...

Illusion dressing...bust size

A smaller bust will appear bigger when you cover up your decloutage, this works for me.
My favourite trick though is a push up bra!
If you have a short neck & small bust; balance it with a slightly lower neck.

If you were blessed with a fuller bust, a V neck or deep round/square neck is more flattering on your body. Fuller bust ladies must not wear polo necks or high neck tops...

Quote for the day...

Wardrobe Basics continued...

Here the basics are once again the Black blazer & Nude shoes,
I have added two more basics; a Cream top & Dark pair of jeans...endless options.
My favourite piece is the animal print clutch, it totally makes this outfit!
Don't forget the power of Accessories.
